Willing to travel ~25% to SHI, Partners, and Customers events.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Marketing Managers for cybersecurity partners.
Oversee annual marketing plans aligned to cybersecurity revenue and gross margin growth.
Develop MDF investment strategies and optimize partner funding.
Align partner plans with SHI priorities and business unit objectives.
Lead executive business reviews with strategic partners and stakeholders.
Drive standardized processes for planning, execution, and reporting.
