Job summary

SHI International is seeking an Associate Director of Partner Marketing – Modern Workplace to lead a team of Partner Marketing Managers for EUC partners such as Apple, Dell, Lenovo, and HP Inc. You will drive integrated growth plans, align MDF investments with business objectives, and measure outcomes using KPIs and OKRs.

This role reports to senior leadership and collaborates across Marketing, Sales, and IT.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field required.
• 8–12+ years in partner/ channel marketing or B2B marketing leadership roles.
• Proven experience leading multi-partner marketing strategies within a technology organization.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Partner Marketing Managers for EUC partners (Apple, Dell, Lenovo, HP Inc.).
• Develop annual marketing plans and MDF investments aligned with revenue and gross margin growth.
• Drive KPI performance, OKRs, and data-driven optimization across planning, execution, and reporting.
