Job summary

SHI is seeking an Associate Director - Partner Marketing – Cybersecurity to lead a team of Partner Marketing Managers responsible for SHI's strategic cybersecurity partnerships. This role drives integrated growth plans aligning partner investments, sales priorities, and solution plays to accelerate revenue and gross margin.

The leader will set team KPIs, manage OKRs, and ensure MDF investments align with business objectives, delivering measurable business outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, or related field.
8–12+ years in partner or B2B marketing leadership roles.
Proven ability to drive multi-partner marketing strategies with measurable impact.

Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and develop a team of Partner Marketing Managers for cybersecurity partners.
Oversee annual marketing plans aligned to cybersecurity revenue and margin targets.
Develop MDF investment strategies aligned with growth opportunities and SHI priorities.
Guide planning, execution, and reporting through standardized processes.
Partner with Sales, Finance, Operations, IT, and executives on growth initiatives.
Drive data-driven insights to optimize marketing effectiveness and ROI.
