Job summary

Enlightium Academy is seeking an Associate Director of Organic Growth & Content to own the organic media engine end-to-end, expanding storytelling, content systems, distribution, and AI-leveraged workflows. You will work closely with admissions, academics, and founders, reporting to executive leadership.

This role is an operator position with accountability for organic growth as a primary enrollment channel.

Qualifications

• 5+ years building organic audiences for a brand, creator, media company, or similar.
• Think in systems; scalable workflows and AI-leveraged production loops.
• Strong understanding of short-form video and platform algorithms.

Responsibilities

• Own Enlightium’s organic media engine end-to-end: strategy, storytelling, content operations and growth.
• Lead production: coordinate videographers, editors, designers, and internal contributors.
• Build and optimize AI-native systems for ideation, scripting, clipping, and analytics.
• Drive performance metrics: organic reach, watch time, inquiries, and enrollment influence.
• Establish Enlightium as a trusted, leading Christian education brand online.
