The candidate should excel in managing priorities and fostering an equitable workplace, while developing and implementing effective operational policies. This position offers a salary range between $111,200 and $125,100 annually, depending on qualifications.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience developing and managing company-wide operational policies and processes.
• Experience leading complex initiatives through influence, collaboration, and change management.
• Strong background in strategic planning, risk management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation, review, and updating of organizational policies and procedures.
• Develop and execute a plan for implementing new or revised policies.
• Monitor effectiveness of policy implementation and adjust as needed.
