Job summary

MidPen Housing Corp. in Union City seeks an Associate Director, Operational Policy to lead centralization of policy, procedures, training, and initiatives, while fostering an inclusive, equitable workplace.

Reporting to the VP of Compliance and Operational Policy, you will manage policy development, ensure alignment with regulatory landscapes, oversee cross-functional projects, and coordinate stakeholder engagement across departments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, organizational development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience developing and managing company-wide operational policies and processes.
• Experience leading complex initiatives through influence, collaboration, and change management.
• Strong background in process improvement, strategic planning, risk management, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage creation, review, updating, and archiving of organizational policies and procedures (P&P).
• Develop and execute plans to implement new or revised P&P throughout the organization.
• Monitor effectiveness of P&P implementation and adjust as needed.
• Provide project management and leadership for cross-functional policy projects.
