• Experience coordinating contractors, consultants and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple corporate interiors and tenant improvement projects across the New York metropolitan area.
• Act as the key liaison between clients, end users, stakeholders, contractors, and consultants.
• Lead project delivery, proactively resolving issues and ensuring projects remain on track.
• Ensure all work complies with relevant building codes, regulations, and applicable legislation.
• Manage and coordinate project teams, providing guidance, mentoring, and support.
• Maintain strong client relationships while ensuring projects are delivered to the required standards, timelines, and budgets.

Fortiva are delighted to be partnering with an Owner's Representative consultancy in New York to recruit an Associate Director of Project Management. With a significant volume of new work coming in, the role will focus on corporate interiors and tenant improvement projects, supporting the delivery of high-quality commercial spaces for multiple well respected clients.
