Job Title: Associate Director of Nursing

Location: Brooklyn, NY 11203

Duration: 13 weeks with possible extension

Pay: $75 - $80/Hour

Duties:

• Manages daily nursing operations, acts as DON in absence
• Liaison to Fire Dept, Con Edison, Building & Health Depts
• Oversee clinical care, staffing, and administrative tasks
• Ensure compliance with patient care standards and policies
• Leads quality improvement, infection control, and safety
• Establishes and executes departmental goals and objectives

Requirements:

• MSN required, NY RN license
• 5+ years clinical, 3+ years admin experience
• 2+ years in Infection Control or Quality Improvement
• Strong leadership, communication, and policy knowledge
