Medical Director/Global Medical Indication Lead - Nephrology(FSP)

Overview

This position is based in the United States, preferably in the Eastern or Central Time Zone. It is fully remote, with travel requirements of 10-20%, possibly international.

Responsibilities

• Lead the clinical team for Nephrology, translating the TPP into a Clinical Development Plan.
• Provide strategic medical insight throughout all development stages.
• Manage global clinical trial physicians, ensuring high-quality support and coaching.
• Oversee the medical aspects of studies, ensuring compliance and harmonization across studies.
• Lead medical advisory boards and maintain a team of top development medical doctors.

Qualifications

• Medical Doctor or equivalent; Board-certified Nephrologist preferred.
• At least 3-5 years of relevant experience in pharma/biotech, with a deep understanding of drug development.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
