Gardner-Webb University in Boiling Springs, NC, is seeking a leader to oversee the operation and enhancement of our financial aid platforms, ensuring timely awarding and accurate disbursement while aligning with Title IV regulations.
Reporting to the Director, you will manage daily data exchanges with federal gateways, load and review ISIRs, generate QA and award reports, and coordinate Banner upgrades. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential.
This leadership role is responsible for the operation andenhancement of our technology platforms used to capture, store, andprocess information related to the administration of financial aidas well as the design of operational activities that result in thetimely and accurate awarding, disbursement, and tracking of studentaid. Working closely with the Director, this team member willmaintain oversight of the daily office processes and continue tostrive to improve processes and enhance efficiencies for allentities we serve.
