• Develop and lead recruitment strategies and annual enrollment targets.
• Represent Admissions at high schools, college fairs, and events.
• Coordinate communication campaigns to prospective students and families.
• Track recruitment progress using Slate and enrollment dashboards.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Athletics, Advisement & Retention, and Academic Affairs.
