University of Mount Saint Vincent is seeking an Associate Director for Admission to identify, recruit, and enroll prospective students while guiding junior staff. The role requires leadership in counselor training, strategic recruitment initiatives, and representing the university at events.

A Bachelor's degree is required, with strong Slate CRM and MS Office skills. Travel and evening/weekend availability are expected, and collaboration with Financial Aid, Athletics, Advisement, and Academic

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or higher required.
• Strong knowledge of Slate CRM, Microsoft Office, and Excel.
• Familiarity with Banner and Argos is desirable.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Identify, recruit, and enroll prospective students and other populations.
• Provide guidance to Assistant Directors of Admissions and support the Director.
• Lead training for counselors and manage strategic recruitment initiatives.
• Represent the university at high schools, college fairs, and events.
• Track recruitment progress and provide enrollment updates to leadership.
• Collaborate with Financial Aid, Athletics, Advisement, and Academic Affairs.
