Job summary

EPM Scientific seeks an Associate Director, Neuro Thought Leader Liaison for the West Region. You will lead engagement with national and regional thought leaders in rare neurological diseases, informing brand strategy and launch planning.

Reporting to the Director of TLLs, Neurology, you will manage strategic relationships, gather field insights, and collaborate with Marketing and Medical Affairs to ensure compliant objectives and impactful education initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of pharma/biotech/healthcare industry experience.
• 3-5+ years in Thought Leader Liaison, Product Marketing, Medical Affairs leadership, or Commercial field leadership.
• Experience in rare disease, specialty pharmaceuticals, and/or neurology.
• Strong understanding of commercial compliance and promotional regulations.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute engagement plans for national, regional, and emerging thought leaders.
• Build relationships with neurologists, neuromuscular specialists, rehab physicians, genetic specialists, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Identify influential experts, centers of excellence, advocacy leaders, and investigators.
• Gather insights to inform brand strategy, messaging, evidence generation, and launch planning.
