Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison (TLL) in Neurology Rare Disease. This senior, field-based role drives education, network building, and market development pre- and post-approval, reporting to the Senior Director, Marketing and Thought Leader Liaison.

The Central/West region is primary, with travel beyond 50% as required. The TLL coordinates with Medical Science Liaison, drives non-promotional education before approval and launches

Qualifications

• Eight years of relevant biopharmaceutical experience in field roles.
• Pre-launch and launch experience with regulatory boundaries.
• Strong clinical and scientific fluency for senior clinician discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional strategy, map thought leaders and referral networks.
• Coordinate with MSLs on scientific needs and joint engagements.
• Lead regional advocacy engagement and congress planning.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional partners.
