Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. seeks an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison for Neurology Rare Disease. This senior, field-based role focuses on thought-leader engagement, regional strategy and market development in the East region.

The TLL works with Marketing and Medical Affairs to address education, referral pathways, and post-approval programs, while ensuring compliant, non-promotional activities pre-approval and promotional alignment post-approval.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical/scientific or business degree preferred.
• 8+ years in biopharma field marketing, TLL, market development or related roles.
• Recent experience in neurology, rare disease, genetics or diagnostics preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional plans aligned with national strategy and launch priorities.
• Map thought leaders and referral networks to improve diagnosis and treatment pathways.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Medical Affairs on non-promotional pre- and post-approval programs.
• Lead regional congress and advisory board engagements in alignment with company policy.
