Job summary

Qualifications

• Lead field engineers through network and skills transformation.
• Manage market budgets (expense and capital).
• Coordinate with vendors on preventive maintenance and capital projects.
• Train and develop the workforce.
• Organize resources supporting transport network elements.
• Direct and supervise transport engineers.
• Monitor, maintain, and operate Verizon transport backbone networks.
• Triage and resolve customer-impacting outages.
