Job summary

Terracon seeks an Associate Director of National Accounts to support the National Account Program. The role collaborates with the Director of National Accounts and NAMs to drive growth, profitability, and program excellence across decentralized accounts.

The position can be filled anywhere in the US, preferably near a Terracon office or airport. Ideal candidates will have extensive leadership experience, strong collaboration skills across geographies and service lines, and a proven ability to

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in technical discipline with 15 years’ related experience, or 19 years’ related experience in lieu of degree.
• Demonstrated experience in growing large, decentralized National Accounts.
• Demonstrated experience in working across geographies and service lines within National Accounts.
• Demonstrated experience in influencing peers and superiors to achieve positive results without direct reporting lines.
• Demonstrated experience in leadership development and leading teams.
• Ability and willingness to travel throughout the United States.

Responsibilities

• Support the DNA and NAMs to promote growth, profitability, and safety of the National Account Program.
• Lead and mentor NAMs and provide guidance on financial performance and risk management.
• Develop strategic initiatives and collaborate with divisions, sectors, and service lines to expand business.
• Lead key document development (SOQs, Vendor Forms) and client presentations for national accounts.
