Job summary

Terracon is seeking an Associate Director of National Accounts to support the growth of our National Account Program. This role works closely with the Director of National Accounts and NAMs to drive strategy, profitability, and client relationships across decentralized accounts.

Based anywhere in the United States, preferably near an office or airport, the ADNA will lead initiatives, mentor NAMs, and coordinate with divisions to expand revenue opportunities and improve program performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Environmental Science or Geology; 15 years’ related experience, or 19 years without degree.
• Experience growing large, decentralized National Accounts is required.
• Ability to travel nationwide and collaborate across geographies.

Responsibilities

• Support the DNA and NAMs to promote growth of decentralized accounts.
• Lead strategic initiatives and ensure execution with divisions, sectors, and services.
• Coordinate with Pod Teams and drive best practices across National Accounts.
• Develop and present client proposals and qualification materials.
• Mentor NAMs and manage performance of national accounts.
• Assist in pricing strategies and vendor processes for National Accounts.
