Job summary

Terracon seeks an Associate Director of National Accounts (ADNA) to support the National Account Program across the United States. This strategic role will work closely with the Director of National Accounts and NAMs to help grow the program's success, with responsibilities spanning governance, client relations, and program optimization.

The position can be filled anywhere in the US, preferably near a Terracon office and/or airport, reflecting our nationwide footprint.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, environmental science, or geology required.
• 15 years’ related experience; or 19 years’ related experience in lieu of degree.

Responsibilities

• Support the DNA and NAMs to grow the national account program.
• Lead initiatives to standardize processes and identify opportunities for revenue growth.
• Provide leadership to decentralized accounts and Pod Teams; mentor NAMs.
• Review financial performance of national accounts and push for profitability.
• Develop client presentations and proposals for relationship development.
• Represent Terracon in national trade associations related to national clients.
