Qualifications

• PharmD, MD or PhD or advanced degree.
• 4+ years industry or clinical oncology experience.
• Proven cross-functional leadership and collaboration.
• Strong hematology/oncology disease knowledge.
• Robust networking, communication, and influence in a matrix.

Responsibilities

• Support US Medical Affairs Lead in planning and execution of US medical affairs plans.
• Lead medical tactics, develop materials, and apply external insights.
• Coordinate with Medical Communications, Training, and Medical Information.
• Define patient journey and interpret external environment.
• Contribute to investigator-initiated studies aligned with global franchise.
• Shape clinical and health outcomes evidence plans for US market needs.
• Design trials and coordinate with Global Medical and R&D.
• Advance scientific engagement with external stakeholders.
• Ensure integrity of scientific content across activities.
• Apply medical governance for all activities.
