Qualifications

• PharmD/MD/PhD or advanced degree in a relevant clinical/scientific field.
• 4+ years of industry and/or clinical experience in oncology.
• Demonstrated success leading cross-functional work in a matrix environment.
• Strong disease and therapeutic area knowledge in hematology/oncology.
• Excellent networking, communication, and influencing abilities across internal/external stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build internal/external networks and manage medical governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and execution of US medical affairs plans.
• Drive medical tactics, materials, communications plans, and external insights.
• Collaborate with Medical Communications, Scientific Training, and Medical Information teams.
• Define patient journey and align with global franchise strategies.
• Contribute to investigation design, evidence planning, and collaboration with Global Medical/R&D teams.
• Advance scientific engagement with external experts and key accounts to support lifecycle management.
