Job summary

Omnicom Precision Marketing in New York City seeks an Associate Director of Program Management to lead a portfolio of projects within MRM Health. You will manage cross-functional teams, drive delivery excellence, and build client relationships in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to work independently while guiding partners and teams across the agency network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree strongly preferred.
• Masters-level degree a plus.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical brand marketing a plus.
• 8+ years' experience in project management or service management within a professional services company.
• 2-3 years' experience with direct management of team members strongly preferred.
• Agency or client-side experience strongly preferred.
• Expert skill with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Expert with MS Project or Smartsheet.
• Experience with production tools and proprietary software (Egnyte, JIRA, etc.).
• Experience with agile, hybrid, and waterfall project methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Delivery lead for a portfolio of projects (or programs).
• Plan, problem solve and deliver to drive excellence.
• Drive the delivery team and partner with leaders to achieve objectives.
• Lead delivery from scoping to execution and lessons learned.
• Collaborate with clients, partners and vendors across the network.
• Improve processes to streamline and automate.
• Enforce project standards and management systems.
• Lead/mentor APMs, PMs, SPMs; may have direct reports.
• Foster client relationships and build opportunities.
