Publicis Groupe’s Digitas is seeking an Associate Director, Media Finance in Boston to lead the Finance team supporting media capabilities and client portfolios. You will drive performance updates, ensure audit compliance, and mentor a high-performing group of media finance professionals.

You'll collaborate with Media, Accounts Payable, and Client Finance, oversee billing reconciliation, and help implement procurement processes while guiding juniors and maintaining client trust in a

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree and 6-8 years of experience in online media planning/buying/operations or finance at a creative agency.
• Experience in agency management and leading teams.
• Strong understanding of online media planning, ad-serving, and media billing reconciliation.
• Excellent time management and multitasking abilities.
• Outstanding communication and collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Proficiency in Excel; familiarity with MediaOcean Prisma and MBOX.
• Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT and Google Gemini is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent client portfolio to Finance and agency leadership with updates on performance and risks.
• Coach team members to ensure high-quality work and standards.
• Ensure audit compliance and timely billing reconciliation.
• Maintain cross-department communication and collaboration.
• Guide and mentor direct reports and provide performance feedback.
• Travel as needed.
