Publicis Groupe's Digitas in Boston is seeking an Associate Media Director to lead the Media department, own key accounts, and partner with clients and internal teams to drive strategic media programs.

The role focuses on developing media strategies, guiding performance analysis, managing budgets and talent, and expanding client relationships while staying ahead with digital and AI-enabled tools. Travel as needed is expected.

Qualifications

Seven to nine years of media planning experience in an agency setting.
Strong grasp of media planning, comms strategy, and performance analysis.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to provide feedback and lead teams.
Willingness to travel and adapt to new ideas including AI tools.

Responsibilities

Overseeing development of campaign media strategies and analysis for clients, aligning with teams to ensure on brief delivery.
Guide and manage relationships between Media teams, Account Directors, and clients to deliver high-quality work.
Provide feedback to Media teams and use performance data to drive improvements and talent development.
Manage revenue and program budgets to ensure resources are allocated effectively.
Spot issues with core client teams and help develop new client relationships.
Maintain and improve publisher relationships.
