Job summary

Johnson & Johnson Innovative Medicine (JJIM) is seeking an Associate Director, Market Access Analytics and Real World Evidence (MAA & RWE) in Raritan, NJ or Beerse, Belgium. You will design analytics addressing payer/submission needs and lead evidence generation across HTA and payer requirements.

Role includes leading comparative effectiveness analyses, collaborating with internal teams, and guiding external partners while managing multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Expert in statistical programming with R, SAS, and related tools.
• Design and apply statistical methods for comparative effectiveness research, including indirect treatment comparisons.
• Experience analyzing diverse data sources: trials, claims, EHRs, registries.
• Strong organizational skills and deadline-driven.
• Effective project management across concurrent workstreams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and execution of indirect treatment comparisons (MAIC, STC, NMA, ML-NMR).
• Provide guidance on statistical methodologies and programming approaches.
• Lead end-to-end delivery of evidence-generation workstreams.
• Apply advanced statistical methods in line with study protocols.
• Partner with Global Market Access, R&D, Medical Affairs, and Health Economics Modeling to develop evidence strategies.
• Engage external partners to support joint research initiatives.
