Drexel University seeks an Associate Director of Development, a Leadership Annual Giving Officer (LAGO), to engage donors, alumni, friends, parents, faculty, staff and students. You will qualify, cultivate, solicit, and steward gifts, with a focus on $2,500–$49,999 and identifying major donors for the pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent (required).
• 3 years in higher education, healthcare, or non-profit with annual giving experience.
• Willingness to travel domestically a few times a year.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends as needed.
• Valid Driver's License and ability to drive regionally.

Responsabilités

• Coordinate with leadership to create monthly outreach plans for fundraising goals.
• Maintain a schedule of visits (12 per month) including in-person, virtual, and phone.
• Reach out to prospects and donors to build and maintain an active portfolio.
• Identify referrals and recruit new prospects to engage.
• Move high-level donors to major gifts and grow the pipeline.
