The role includes developing client-ready resources, hosting workshops, and delivering bi-weekly newsletters. Hybrid schedule and frequent public speaking are part of the duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's-degree required.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Program management experience.
• Ability to counsel individuals and lead groups.
• Knowledge of job search materials and professional development practices.
• Experience with Symplicity or other Career Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Counsel law students and alumni on career options and materials.
• Meet one-on-one with students to develop personalized strategies.
• Edit resumes, cover letters, and statements for quality and impact.
• Help manage CPD communications and newsletters.
• Coordinate CPD interview programs and Summer Associate events.
• Publicly represent CPD at events and discussions with external partners.
