Job summary

Triveni Bio, Inc. is seeking an experienced IT professional to lead on-site IT operations in Watertown, MA. You will partner with leadership and external consultants to align IT strategy with growth and scientific needs while handling day-to-day IT support and policy implementation.

This role requires representing IT in a pharmaceutical/biotech setting. You will manage infrastructure, ensure cyber security and regulatory compliance, and drive automation across IT services, with a focus on

Qualifications

• 8+ years of direct IT work experience in pharma/biotech preferred.
• Experience in regulatory environments (GxP, FDA, GDPR).
• Strong communication across all levels and teams.
• On-site role with minimal travel expectations.

Responsibilities

• Act as front-line on-site helpdesk support for employees.
• Manage IT infrastructure: AV, WiFi, Firewall, Zoom, Teams, O365.
• Enforce cyber security policies and regulatory compliance.
• Maintain access controls and oversee onboarding/offboarding.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to automate IT operations.
• Perform quarterly software licenses, vendor, and credential audits.
• Oversee IT vendors and sustain a scalable IT roadmap.
• Support digital workflows and data integrity in the lab environment.
• Maintain intranet with up-to-date information for staff.
