Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs, Finance, Equity Research, Investment Banking, or related fields.
• Experience in a publicly traded company and capital markets governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary IR leader for investors, shareholders, and sell- and buy-side analysts.
• Share the compelling investment and long-term value creation story for Church & Dwight.
• Lead the quarterly earnings process, including CEO/CFO scripts, press releases, Q&A prep, and post‑release engagements.
• Deliver high‑quality investor engagements (Annual Investor Days, Analyst conferences, NDRs, shareholder meetings).
• Provide the CEO, CFO, ELT, and Board with actionable insights on investor sentiment, analyst views, and market expectations.
• Maintain compliance with SEC requirements, Regulation FD, governance standards, and disclosure controls.
• Lead enterprise communications externally and internally to ensure messaging cadence and clarity.
