Job summary

Church & Dwight is seeking a visionary Vice President of Investor Relations & Communications to steer investor relations and communications strategy for investors, analysts, media, and employees. The role partners with the CFO, CEO, and CHRO to translate strategy and performance into a clear value story.

This hybrid position requires in-person presence at the Ewing, NJ office on Tue–Thu with Monday and Friday remote work options.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs, Finance, Equity Research, Investment Banking, or related fields.

Responsibilities

• Lead IR for investors, shareholders, and sell- and buy-side analysts.
• Share the investment and long-term value creation story.
• Lead quarterly earnings process, scripts, press releases, and Q&A prep.
• Develop compelling investor messaging across channels.
• Deliver targeted investor outreach and global engagement.
• Coordinate high-quality investor engagements (Annual Days, Conferences, NDRs).
• Provide insights on investor sentiment and market expectations to leadership.
• Maintain SEC compliance and governance standards.
