Qualifications

• 7+ years in internal or corporate communications or employee engagement
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills across channels
• Demonstrated ability to lead a team and partner with leaders
• Excellent judgment, attention to detail, and multi-priority management
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, or related field

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute internal communications plans aligning with U.S. Business priorities
• Draft leadership messages, updates, intranet stories, talking points, and presentations
• Lead a small team delivering high-quality communications with clarity
