Job summary

Ignite seeks an Associate Director of Individual Giving to grow the mid-level donor program and build a robust major gift pipeline. You will work with the Senior Director of Development to craft meaningful donor experiences that deepen engagement and move supporters from annual gifts to lasting partnerships.

The role emphasizes relationship-building, thoughtful stewardship, data-driven fundraising in Salesforce, and collaboration across teams to expand Ignite’s impact for youth and families

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of fundraising or related experience.
• Demonstrated experience cultivating and stewarding individual donors.
• CRM experience; Salesforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow Ignite’s individual giving program with focus on mid-level donors and recurring supporters.
• Develop strategies to increase donor retention, upgrades, and engagement.
• Lead stewardship efforts and donor acknowledgment processes and timelines.
• Identify major gift donors and maintain moves management in Salesforce.
