GLIDE is seeking a Senior Director of Major and Individual Gifts to lead Glide’s comprehensive individual giving program, including Annual Fund, Mid-Level/Major Gifts, and Planned Gifts. This role partners with the CEO, Board, and staff to design a fundraising roadmap and personally manages a high-level donor portfolio.

Qualifikationen

• Seven to 10+ years of nonprofit fundraising leadership.
• Experience managing a high-performing fundraising team.
• Proven ability to cultivate and solicit major gifts.
• Strong written and verbal communications with diverse stakeholders.
• Strategic donor segmentation and donor lifecycle management.

Aufgaben

• Design and implement a multi-channel individual giving strategy (Annual Fund, Major Gifts, Planned Giving).
• Oversee moves management and guide gift officers to deepen donor relationships and lifetime value.
• Manage a high-priority portfolio of 50-75 prospects with 7- and 8-figure potential.
• Set revenue targets and monitor performance metrics across all giving streams.
• Collaborate with CEO, Board, staff, and partners to align fundraising with program impact.
