Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree required; advanced health science degree a plus.
• Minimum 10 years of Hematology/Rare Disease experience; 5+ years in clinical liaison/thought leader management or related roles.
• Proven ability to lead teams and analyze complex business situations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and manage national and regional KOL relationships.
• Develop profiles and engagement plans for KOLs and validate commercial target lists.
• Coordinate speaker programs and manage regions for oncology education and promotional activities.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Medical Sciences Liaisons on content and program delivery.
• Travel 60–70% to support field-based activities across the Central Region.
