Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science required; advanced health science degree a plus.
• 10+ years combined Hematology, Rare Disease, or related industry experience; marketing or clinical experience is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years in clinical liaison, thought leader management, key account management or clinical sales; proven leadership.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with national and regional KOLs.
• Support KOL influence-mapping and engagement plans; validate commercial target lists.
• Monitor KOL insights on treatment patterns and inform business plans.
• Coordinate cross-functional action plans to address on-label issues and ensure flawless KOL accounts.
• Act as liaison between KOLs and Johnson & Johnson for approved activities and with cross-functional teams.
• Coordinate regional and national congresses; select speakers for product theatres; manage engagements.
• Assist in advisory boards and recruitment for initiatives like trainings and national meetings.
• Collaborate with marketing to refine positioning and campaigns; develop messaging for education of treatments.
• Align with Medical Science Liaisons on joint initiatives; support speaker programs and trainings.
• Assist in speaker training; collect feedback for program improvements; ensure compliance with policies.
• Develop new advocacy with Future Clinical Champions and contribute to strategic projects.
