Regeneron Pharmaceuticals, Inc in the Midwest seeks an Associate Director, Hematology Thought Leader Liaison to advance strategic engagement with academic and community hematology leaders for our bispecific.

You will partner with Marketing, Medical Affairs, and Leadership to translate insights from thought leaders into clinically relevant education, program development, and compliant field activities. This on-site role requires travel and a strong background in hematology/oncology markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree a plus.
• Experience in specialty pharma/biopharmaceuticals with 10+ years in 2+ of: Thought Leader Liaison, field sales, brand marketing, medical/clinical experience, hematology/oncology markets preferred.
• Strong marketing strategy experience in pharmaceutical industry; knowledge of regulatory/compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Engage in substantive discussions with assigned thought leaders on on-label product information, disease state, and corporate overviews.
• Coordinate thought leader engagements at conferences and in day-to-day business.
• Develop and maintain a list of key thought leaders in the geography; assist with thought leader development.
• Support speaker bureau program placement and execution, including identifying speakers and coordinating trainings.
• Share insights with Marketing and other functions to inform strategy and execution.
• Support regional/national advisory board planning and coordinate speaker participation.
• Ensure all interactions adhere to company policies, regulations and compliance guidelines.
