Job summary

Johnson & Johnson in the United States seeks an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison, Hematology for the East Region. This field-based role supports US Commercial Strategic Imperatives for the Rare Disease portfolio, focusing on KOL engagement and impact drivers.

You will work with cross-functional teams to drive results, build long-term KOL relationships, and ensure compliant collaboration with leadership and cross-functional colleagues. 60–70% travel expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science Degree or equivalent is required.
• At least 10 years in Hematology, Rare Disease, or related fields; marketing or clinical experience is a plus.
• Minimum 5+ years in clinical liaison, thought leader management or related roles.

Responsibilities

• Identify, cultivate, and maintain relationships with national and regional KOLs.
• Support KOL influence mapping and develop engagement plans.
• Monitor insights to inform commercial strategy and provide feedback.
• Coordinate cross-functional action plans to address on-label issues with KOLs.
• Act as liaison between KOLs and Johnson & Johnson for approved activities.
• Coordinate regional and national congresses; select speakers for theatres.
