Job summary

Regeneron is seeking an Associate Director, Hematology Thought Leader Liaison for the Midwest. This field-based role focuses on engaging key hematology thought leaders and aligning cross-functional strategies with marketing and medical teams. Extensive travel (60-80%) and regulatory compliance are required.

The candidate should bring 10+ years in thought leadership, hematology/oncology exposure, and strong marketing experience to drive strategic engagements and program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or other advanced education/certification a plus.
• 10+ years of work experience in 2+ of Thought Leader Liaison, field sales, marketing, medical/clinical, or hematology/oncology markets.
• Demonstrated expertise in marketing strategies within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Experience with physician-administered biologics preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and project management experience.
• In-depth knowledge of industry regulations and compliance guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Engage in meaningful, strategic discussions with key thought leaders in the geography.
• Conduct discussions on on-label product information and disease state.
• Adopt a customer-centric, needs-based approach for thought leader engagements.
• Coordinate engagements for conferences and meetings with senior executives.
• Develop and maintain a list of key thought leaders in the assigned geography.
• Assist with thought leader development and speaker bureau activities.
• Share insights with Marketing and other functions to inform strategy.
• Support advisory board planning and coordinate participation of thought leaders.
• Ensure all interactions comply with policies and regulatory guidelines.
