• Experience working with agencies and managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute HCP Experience Strategy across channels and touchpoints.
• Own experience components including payer pull-through and PSP changes.
• Develop and refine HCP promotional materials with agencies.
• Drive execution by managing agencies and internal processes to budget and timelines.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with field leadership, medical, and market access teams.
• Identify opportunities to enhance HCP experience via test-and-learn approaches.
• Track performance and optimize programs using data and insights.
