Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in healthcare/biopharmaceuticals marketing, consulting, or agency roles, or equivalent.
• Experience supporting HCP marketing or promotional programs in U.S. or global markets.
• Experience working with agencies and managing cross-functional projects.

Responsibilities

• Execute HCP Experience Strategy across channels and touchpoints.
• Own development and execution of integrated HCP engagement plans.
• Enhance omnichannel engagement and map HCP journeys.
• Develop promotional materials in partnership with agencies and cross-functional teams.
• Drive execution excellence with agencies and internal processes.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with field leadership, medical, market access, and marketing teams.
