• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years of healthcare/biopharmaceuticals marketing or related roles.
• Experience supporting HCP marketing or promotional programs in US/global markets.

Responsabilidades

• Execute HCP Experience Strategy across channels and touchpoints.
• Develop and refine integrated HCP engagement plans including payer pull-through and PSP changes.
• Lead development of compliant promotional materials aligned to brand strategy.
• Manage agency partners and cross-functional project execution to meet timelines and budgets.
• Collaborate with field leadership, medical, market access and other marketing teams.
• Track performance and derive insights to optimize HCP programs.
