Job summary

BeOne Medicines is seeking an Engineer II in Metrology for our Hopewell, NJ site. You will lead the calibration team, maintain GMP-compliant operations, and partner with manufacturing and quality to ensure 24x7 facility readiness.

The role requires strong metrology knowledge, CMMS experience, and excellent communication, with opportunities to influence continuous improvements and cross-functional projects.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of GMP facilities/maintenance experience with BS.
• 6+ years’ experience without a degree; BS or higher preferred.
• Strong GMP knowledge including documentation, deviations, and CAPA.
• Experience with CMMS and metrology is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and promote engagement and development.
• Develop and maintain technical procedures and preventative maintenance plans.
• Manage day-to-day Calibration team activities.
• Work with external partners as required.
• Support operations with troubleshooting instrumentation and calibration.
• Lead investigations in metrology for OOTs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on small projects.
• Work in an industrial manufacturing environment including gowning.
