Job summary

Grant Thornton seeks an Associate Director, Delivery Center Organization Effectiveness to lead a global portfolio of transformation programs across EMEA, APAC and LATAM, building, integrating and optimizing our Delivery Center ecosystem at scale.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT service delivery, strong executive presence and proven ability to influence senior leaders; a Bachelor’s (MBA preferred) and hands-on program management across multi-region delivery centers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field; MBA preferred.
• 10+ years in IT service delivery, shared services, global operations, or managed services environments.
• Proven experience of running a portfolio of transformation programs for building, scaling and integrating multi-region delivery centers at scale.
• Fluent and professional English—verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation programs to drive consistency and standardization across delivery centers at scale.
• Manage governance, SteerCo's and quarterly reviews; report ROI progress.
• Develop Delivery Center Playbooks for engagement and best practices across centers.
• Create customer success stories and testimonials to accelerate adoption and engagement.
• Establish onboarding playbooks and processes to support growth to 10,000+ resources.
• Collaborate with senior leadership across geographies to align objectives.
