Vividion Therapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Accounting to strengthen and scale our accounting operations. Reporting to the Controller, this leader will own the monthly close, drive process improvements, and partner with FP&A, Procurement, HR, IT, and Legal to ensure accurate financial reporting.

The role emphasizes building capability, documenting controls, and developing future leaders. Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of accounting leadership, a CPA, Experience with Workday,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related field required; CPA preferred.
• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with leadership responsibility.
• Experience leading accounting operations, close processes, financial reporting support, and audit activities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes with accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate workflows across accounting managers, AP, payroll, and other partners.
• Establish ownership, controls, and documentation for key deliverables.
• Serve as primary operational liaison for parent company reporting and audits.
