Job summary

LaunchDarkly is seeking a Senior Director, Assistant Controller to scale the global accounting function as the company grows. This executive will partner with Revenue Accounting, Procurement, Finance, Legal, HR, IT and leadership to build a best-in-class controllership, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and strong governance across geographies.

Responsibilities include leading close cycles, equity and cash flow statements, intercompany and international accounting, and overseeing SOX readiness.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of progressive accounting experience in multi-entity, public-company SOX environments.
• Hands-on ERP workflow improvement experience; NetSuite or similar ERP.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global accounting function and shape the controllership roadmap to support growth.
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close, ensuring timely and accurate results.
