Job summary

Agios is hiring a G&A Business Systems Analyst to translate business strategies into technology solutions that enable HR, Legal, Compliance, IP, Finance, and Communications. You will manage system requirements, oversee upgrades, and facilitate testing across Oracle HCM, Financials, and Taleo.

Ideal candidates have 8+ years supporting G&A systems, strong SDLC and vendor management skills, and familiarity with SOX/audit readiness. This role offers hybrid/remote work in the US with some travel.

Qualifications

• BS in Computer Science/Engineering or equivalent, 8+ years supporting G&A systems.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP/HCM is required; pharma/biotech experience preferred.

Responsibilities
