This role leads the organization's data ecosystem to transform data into actionable intelligence that drives fundraising performance, donor engagement, operational excellence, and organizational growth. The AVP oversees enterprise data governance, business intelligence, fundraising analytics, reporting, and technology platforms that support development operations. This position is responsible for ensuring the accuracy, integrity, accessibility, and strategic utilization of fundraising and donor data across the organization. Through advanced analytics, predictive modeling, performance measurement, and actionable insights, the AVP enables data-driven fundraising strategies and supports sustainable organizational growth.
