Qualifications

• At least two years’ post-licensure experience in supervision.
• Extensive experience developing and implementing housing programs.
• Experience supervising ASWs, AMFTs, and MFT trainees.

Responsibilities

• Lead operation and expansion of FRCs and Housing Program.
• Oversee CAP OC’s low-income housing properties.
• Ensure compliance with HUD regulations and Housing First approach.
• Integrate evidence-based practices into service delivery.
