My publicly held biotechnology client outside of Boston is seeking an Associate Director of Financial Planning & Analysis. This role will be 1x per week in-office and offers high visibility to senior leadership as the company advances commercial launches.

This is an individual contributor role at first, requiring 5+ years in Finance/FP&A and biotech experience, with compensation up to $220K plus a 15% bonus, equity, and benefits.
