The Associate Director for Grants Management administers the financial and compliance components of Illinois Community College Board (ICCB) grant programs, ensuring adherence to state and federal requirements including GATA. The role oversees grant budgets, conducts fiscal monitoring of grantees, develops standardized grant policies and procedures, and provides technical assistance to ICCB staff and grant recipients.
